AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your (“we” “us” “our”) access to and use of the website https://hk.09GameReview.com（the “Website”) by Zero Nine Infinity, with registered offices in Hong Kong, (“Company” or “we”). We operate the website and through it, we provide you our services, (collectively, the “Services” which include the provision and use of the Website).

  • Except as may be the result of standard search engine or Internet browser usage, use, launch, develop, or distribute any automated system, including without limitation, any spider, robot, cheat utility, scraper, or offline reader that accesses the Software or the Services, or using or launching any unauthorized script or other software.
  • Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, Termly, the Software, Website, and/or the Services.
  • Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.

    We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Services for violations of these Terms of Use; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates the law or these Terms of Use; (3) refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable any contributions; (4) remove or disable excessive files that burden our systems; (5) charge additional fees for usage that significantly exceeds normal patterns or impacts system performance; (6) establish and modify usage thresholds for “unlimited” plans based on statistical analysis of customer patterns; (7) transfer the Services to a more appropriate plan or offer upgrade alternatives when usage exceeds plan parameters; (8) suspend or restrict access in cases where usage creates an undue burden on our infrastructure or impacts service quality for other customers; and (9) otherwise manage the Services to protect our rights, preserve system resources, and ensure proper functioning for all users.
  3. FAIR USAGE POLICY FOR UNLIMITED PLANS
    Our “unlimited” plans are designed for normal business use and are subject to this Fair Usage Policy. While we strive to provide unrestricted access, we monitor usage patterns to ensure service quality and system stability for all customers.

Usage that may exceed normal patterns includes:

  • Website traffic volumes that create excessive server load or impact system performance.
  • Resource consumption that significantly exceeds typical customer usage levels.
  • Activities that place an undue burden on our infrastructure.


If your usage significantly exceeds normal patterns or impacts our systems, we may:

  • Contact you to discuss usage optimization or alternative solutions.
  • Apply additional charges at commercially reasonable rates.
  • Offer migration to a more suitable plan or service tier.
  • Implement temporary restrictions to protect system stability
  • Suspend the Services in extreme cases of system impact.


Our commitment: We will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide advance notice and work with you to find mutually acceptable solutions. We regularly analyze customer usage patterns to ensure our thresholds remain fair and reasonable for legitimate business use.

These Terms of Use protect service quality for all customers while allowing us to address exceptional cases that impact our infrastructure.

  1. PRIVACY NOTICE
    We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Notice to understand our use of your personal information. You acknowledge that you have reviewed and understand our Privacy Notice.
    Please be advised the Services is hosted in the United States. If you access the Services from any other region of the world with laws or other requirements governing personal data collection, use, or disclosure that differ from applicable laws in the United States, then through your continued use of the Services, you are transferring your data to the United States, and you agree to have your data transferred to and processed in the United States.

If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party.
